What does Mission X do?

We are a platform for youth focusing on emerging industries, helping you do what you love most through e-sport, artistic creation and other skills, without the need for traditional work experience.

How can I start making money quickly?

Just three steps: Register an account → 2. Complete skill certification (such as game rank verification or upload a portfolio) → 3. Accept orders (e-sports training, custom creation, etc.).

Does it support international payments or cross-border transactions?

We accept Visa Master FPX for now

Will the platform hold offline events?

For the moment there are no plans on hosting offline events

Can I keep my identity anonymous?

Absolutely. Only your nickname will be shown publicly. All communications and transactions happen through the platform's built-in chat tool, keeping your personal info safe.

What are the taboos for posting content?

We strictly prohibit political, pornographic, hateful, or offensive content. Please refer to our Community Guidelines for full details. Violations may lead to permanent bans and frozen income.

How to deal with negative reviews or malicious complaints?

If you believe a review is unjust, you can file an appeal within 72 hours. Our moderation team will investigate and take appropriate action.

Does the platform have a multi-language interface?

It supports English, Malay and Chinese (Simplified), which can be switched in "Account Settings → Language Preferences".

How long is the funding withdrawals going to take?

Yes, withdrawals are still processed during holidays. However, please allow 5–7 working days for the funds to reflect in your account, even during public holidays.

Can users refer friends and earn rewards?

We have a referral system that allows users to invite friends to join and track their progress.Based on their progress, users can earn extra points, which can be redeemed for virtual items, physical items, and fiat currency.

How can I quickly start making money through the platform?

After registering and completing your talent profile, including the services you offer, you can start accepting orders or browse available missions to participate in

Fees and benefits

Will the platform take a cut from my income?

Mission Creators, who pay for talents to join their missions, will incur a 10% platform service fee on the payment made to the talent. Booked talents will also pay a 10% fee on their earnings.

What is the minimum withdrawal amount and arrival time?

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30, DuitNow is supported, and 99% of transactions are received within 7 working days

You can start by offering Gaming Buddy services or hosting casual gaming sessions. These are great entry-level options that don't require competitive experience but still let you earn while having fun

How to resolve transaction disputes?

In case of a dispute, a dispute moderator will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a full settlement, partial settlement, or a full refund.

Is my personal data safe?

Yes, your personal data is safe with us! We strictly adhere to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and ensure that your information is securely handled. We will not disclose your personal data to any third party unless you explicitly authorize us to share only the necessary details for job opportunities.
