"Platform" refers to the digital ecosystem operated by Mission X Sdn Bhd, including its website, mobile applications, and all associated technologies and services.

"User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses, browses, registers for, or uses the Platform in any capacity.

"Service Provider" refers to any individual, freelancer, contractor, or business entity that lists and provides services ("Gigs") through the Platform.

"Client" refers to any individual or entity that engages or hires a Service Provider through the Platform.

"Gig" refers to any service offering posted, listed, or transacted on the Platform.

The Platform is available only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or who have obtained verifiable legal guardian consent to use the Platform.

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration details and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout their use of the Platform.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform for Users who violate these T&C.

Each User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and is fully responsible for all activities conducted through their account.

Unauthorized access, fraudulent use, or misuse of an account must be reported to the Company immediately.

The Company shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from the User’s failure to maintain account security.

The Platform functions as a digital marketplace facilitating transactions between Clients and Service Providers; the Company does not directly provide or endorse any Gig.

Payments for Gigs must be executed exclusively through the Platform’s designated payment processing system; any attempt to bypass this system may result in account suspension or termination.

Users acknowledge that all service agreements, deliverables, and expectations between Clients and Service Providers are independent of the Company, which bears no liability for disputes arising therefrom.

The Company reserves the right to investigate disputes but shall have no legal obligation to resolve them.

The Platform may impose transaction fees, service charges, or commissions as outlined in the prevailing fee schedule, which may be updated at the Company’s discretion with prior notice.

Service Providers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations associated with earnings derived from the Platform.

Refunds and chargebacks shall be governed by the Platform’s refund policy, which shall be made available to Users and is subject to modification by the Company.

Users shall not:

Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, illegal, or unauthorized use of the Platform.

Post, share, or distribute false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate content.

Circumvent, evade, or attempt to bypass the Platform’s payment systems or fee structures.

Violate any intellectual property rights, proprietary rights, or applicable laws while using the Platform.

Engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or compromises the security and integrity of the Platform.

The Company retains full ownership and proprietary rights to the Platform, including but not limited to all software, trademarks, branding elements, and digital assets.

Users grant the Company a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, display, and distribute any user-generated content submitted to the Platform.

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation of the Platform’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from User interactions, including but not limited to service quality, delays, or non-performance of Gigs.

The Company’s total liability shall be strictly limited to the lesser of (a) the total fees paid by the User in the preceding three (3) months or (b) MYR 500.

Users shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of their use of the Platform.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account at its sole discretion for violations of these T&C.

Users may request account closure at any time, provided that all outstanding obligations, including payments and fees, are duly settled.

The Company may pursue legal recourse against Users who engage in fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activities.

Users agree to first attempt to resolve disputes amicably before escalating to formal proceedings.

If necessary, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration, with the arbitration venue and governing rules to be determined by the Company.

Any legal claims or proceedings shall be governed by the applicable laws of [Jurisdiction], and Users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these T&C at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication.

Continued use of the Platform following such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.

The Company shall notify Users of material changes through electronic means where feasible.
