This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between Mission X Sdn Bhd ("Company"), a company incorporated and operating under the laws of Malaysia, and the user ("User"), governing the use of the Mission X mobile and web application ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, the User expressly agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement at its sole discretion. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.

The Platform is available only to individuals who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable laws. Users accessing the Platform on behalf of an entity represent and warrant that they have the requisite authority to bind such entity to this Agreement.

Users shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies while using the Platform. The following activities are expressly prohibited:
- Engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized transactions;
- Circumventing the Platform by conducting direct deals outside of the Platform’s framework; Users found violating this provision will face immediate suspension or permanent banning;
- Posting, transmitting, or disseminating harmful, abusive, or infringing content;
- Unauthorized access to or tampering with Platform systems;
- Engaging in spam, hacking, or other activities detrimental to the Platform’s operations.

All intellectual property associated with the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, software, and proprietary data, is the sole property of Mission X Sdn Bhd. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform strictly for its intended purpose. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

Users who submit, upload, or otherwise provide content to the Platform ("User Content") represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights to such content. The Company retains an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform’s operations.

The Platform operates on a commission-based model, subject to change at the Company’s discretion. Users acknowledge that commissions may vary and will be communicated through the Platform where applicable.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mission X Sdn Bhd expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company makes no representation regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the User’s use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, data breaches, service interruptions, or unauthorized access.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mission X Sdn Bhd, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from their use of the Platform, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of third-party rights.

Users acknowledge and consent to the monitoring of all in-app communications for compliance, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention. Data collected through the Platform may be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. The Company’s internal dispute resolution team shall have final authority over disputes based on chat communications and user activity logs.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services without prior notice. Refunds, if applicable, shall be granted at the Company’s sole discretion and only where mandated by law.

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the use of the Platform.
